CIHS 2026 Annual General Meeting and Dinner
The Canadian Immigration Historical Society will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at
The Bridge Social Club, 1 Donald Street, Ottawa.
5:30 p.m – Drinks and mingling
6:30 p.m. – Dinner
7:30 pm. – Annual General Meeting and guest speakers (TBA)
We encourage those who wish to attend to purchase their tickets as soon as possible, as the number will be limited.
Tickets are $80.00 per person (includes dinner – cash bar) and can be purchased by Internet e-transfer, using info@cihs-shic.ca as the payee address.
Alternatively, if you are not able to use this method, we will accept payment by cash or cheque at the door if you notify us of your attendance beforehand at info@cihs-shic.ca. As we have to confirm the numbers with the venue in advance, we can only accommodate confirmed guests.
For those who cannot attend but would like to watch the guest speakers and the Annual General Meeting remotely, a Zoom link will be provided beginning at 7:00 p.m. Details will be provided at a later date.
A message will be sent to all members in the coming weeks with further details, as well as the proposed slate of board members for approval.
